Issue Status: ONGOING

Issue Description: Some users may be intermittently unable to access SharePoint Online sites.

More info: Users may experience intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing SharePoint sites.

Current Update: 28/01/2025 08:15:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the development of a hotfix to improve the efficiency of the impacting code stream, and they expect a timeline for remediation by their next scheduled communication.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A code stream which is over the size limitation was requiring too much Central Processing Unit (CPU) usage, resulting in impact.
