Issue Description: Users may be intermittently unable to access OneDrive for Business content.

Current Update 28/01/2025 08:18:00 AM – Microsoft have completed the development of a hotfix to improve the efficiency of the impacting code stream, and they expect a timeline for remediation by their next scheduled communication.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A service memory issue is causing the infrastructure responsible for facilitating core service search to intermittently go into an unresponsive state.
