Information – Planned Infrastructure Upgrade (continued)

Please be aware, the second element of our planned infrastructure maintenance is scheduled to start from Monday 16th of September. The work being undertaken will begin at 19:00 and is anticipated to complete by Sunday 29th September 2024.

This work is not expected to cause any disruption to end users use of the NHSmail platform, however, we would advise that each organisation familiarise themselves with their business continuity plans ahead of this time in case action is required.
