Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue preventing users from being able to search for and retrieve data via the NHSmail Portal. The issue has manifested itself through an error message (“Oops, something has gone wrong – please try again!”) when users attempt to utilise the User and Mailbox List search page. We are investigating urgently to identify any other areas of the Portal which might be impacted by this issue. Mitigative measures are also being implemented to clear the issue and we will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

Final Update: 28/09/2024 12:00:00 PM – Following the mitigative steps taken by the engineering team yesterday evening, no further recurrence of this issue have been identified through system monitoring or reported to the NHSmail Helpdesk. This incident is now closed.
