INC45700423 – User Search in Portal – MONITORING

Issue Status: MONITORING

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue preventing users from being able to search for and locate users via the User and Mailbox List search page within the NHSmail Portal UI. We are investigating urgently to identify the root cause of the issue and appreciate your patience. Mitigative measures are being implemented to hopefully clear the issue but further updates will be given as soon as additional information is available. Impacted users will receive an error message stating “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”

Current Update: 18/09/2024 10:12:00 AM – We are aware of the re-occurrence of this issue which has occurred this morning (18/09/2024). Engineers have performed a fix which has remediated the issue. We will continue to monitor and investigate further. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to identify and resolve the root cause of this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
