Issue Description – We are aware of an issue that is preventing Admin users from viewing, editing and creating Bookings Calendars via the NHSmail Portal.

Users may be presented with a “500 Internal Server Error” when trying to perform a view, edit or create action.

Final Update: 18/06/2024 12:15:00 PM – The Accenture team have identified the issue causing the error presented within the NHSmail Portal. This has now been rectified, restoring functionality within the NHSmail Portal Bookings page. The Accenture team are engaging with Microsoft to determine the root cause of the issue.
