Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where users are unable to access the NHSmail Portal.

Final Update: 19/01/2024 17:00:00 PM – Engineers have been investigating the issue and are working closely with Microsoft. Although a root cause is yet to be confirmed, logs and associated error messages identified point to a database issue causing it to become non-responsive. Investigations continue as a priority but no further recurrence of the issue has been seen.
