Self Service Password Reset function not working – RESOLVED

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue preventing Self Service Password Reset requests from being fulfilled as expected. Initial indications are that this issue is the result of an unexpected change made on the Azure estate by Microsoft; we are working closely with them to validate this is the case and to confirm the necessary steps to resolution.

Current Update: 09/11/2023 09:15:00 AM – Microsoft have identified the root cause and a hotfix deployed overnight has resolved the issue. The SSPR function is now working as expected again without error.
