Issue Description:We are aware of an intermittent issue with Portal Admin reports. Some users may experience delays when downloading reports and/or may observe a blank screen at the point the download starts.
Final Update: 17/10/2023 16:15:00 PM – The NHSmail engineers have now resolved the issue regarding instances where Portal Admin Reports could not be downloaded. The NHSmail team monitoring highlighted a high level of storage utilisation which is used as part of report generation. Storage levels have now been reverted to normal levels with reports now generating without issue.
