Issue Description: We have been made aware of an issue when users try to setup their Account Secret upon login. The error message received states that “The Secret is Invalid. To be accepted your Secret must:” and then displays a number of criteria that must be met. Even where the Secret created satisfies the criteria set out, the page will not allow it to be saved and the user cannot continue.
Current Update: 17/07/2023 10:40:00 AM – An Emergency Change (CHG0944334) was successfully deployed to rectify the issue on Friday 14th July. All our testing has shown the Account Secret Creation process is fully functional and will allow New Users to register in the usual way.
