Information – Account Secret Creation Issue – RESOLVED

RESOLVED – We have been made aware of an issue when users try to setup their Account Secret upon login. The error message received states that “The Secret is Invalid. To be accepted your Secret must:” and then displays a number of criteria that must be met. Even where the Secret created satisfies the criteria set out, the page will not allow it to be saved and the user cannot continue
