Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an issue that appears to result in an error message when trying to undertake certain LA Admin functions on the NHSmail Portal. Engineers are investigating this as a priority and further updates will be provided as soon as possible. The error message received will begin “Request failed: An exception has occurred.: Cannot retrieve the dynamic parameters..”
Final Update: 24/05/2023 08:30:00 AM – Portal engineers have restarted broker services on some of our infrastructure and this appears to have resolved the issue. Where a user experiences the error mentioned, they should close the error message down using the cross in the upper right corner of the error box and then re-try. Reports following internal testing, and via confirmed cases with end users who previously reported the issue, are that it is now working as expected.
