RESOLVED – Please note, we are aware of an issue that appears to result in an error message when trying to undertake certain LA Admin functions on the NHSmail Portal. Engineers are investigating this as a priority and further updates will be provided as soon as possible. The error message received will begin “Request failed: An exception has occurred.: Cannot retrieve the dynamic parameters..”
