Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We have been made aware of a delay in mails being delivered. Our engineers are currently investigating this issue and further updates will be provided as soon as possible.

Current Update: 07/03/2023 13:30:00 PM – Following the issues seen with mail delays, and based on discussions with our 3rd-party supplier, we have made some configuration changes to the Relay both to increase stability and to improve the efficiency of processing during peak times. A single fault has not been identified, however, logs collected during the event has shown that some elements of the wider infrastructure was struggling as a result of unexpected demand on the platform.

Since these changes have been made, we have seen no further recurrences of the mail delays experienced and so associated tickets are now being closed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
