Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue relating to Portal slowness when searching for individuals in the User Management page, and/or opening the User Details page once the search has completed.

Current Update: 01/02/2023 15:10:00 PM – Following a period of monitoring, no further issues have been observed regarding Portal slowness. This incident has now been closed.
