INC33283115 – Users unable to send email to contact lists from specific shared mailboxes via the Outlook Web App (OWA)

Issue Description: Some users are unable to send email to contact lists from specific shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web. Affected users may see errors such as, “Couldn’t send the following message,” and, “This message can’t be saved because it no longer exists.” Admins may see the following error in network trace logs: “The specified object was not found in the store.”

Current Update: Microsoft are working to remediate the issue with further details available from the Microsoft 365 Alert .Affected users can manually add addresses to impacted personal contact lists as a workaround.’ Thank you for your patience.”
