Issue Description : Users are unable to send email to contact lists from specific shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web.
More Information : Affected users see errors such as, “Couldn”t send the following message,” and, “This message can”t be saved because it no longer exists.”
Admins may see the following error in network trace logs: “The specified object was not found in the store.”
While Microsoft is working to remediate impact, affected users can manually add addresses to impacted personal contact lists as a workaround.
Final Update : 10/01/2023 12:16:00 PM– Microsoft has received confirmation from affected users that the issue has been resolved.
