Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Please note, we are aware of an issue which has caused a delay in account migration. The issue identified may result in newly created accounts remaining in the “MigrationPending” status for longer than usual. We are working to remediate this as quickly as possible.

Final Update: 03/11/2022 09:30:00 AM – Following a period of monitoring, no further issues have been observed regarding the syncronisation of new accounts to Microsoft Exchange Online. This issue has now been resolved.
