Issue Status : RESOLVED

Issue Description : Please note, we are aware of an intermittent issue that resulted in Portal slowness when searching for individuals in the User Management page, and/or opening the User Details page once the search has completed. This issue was first identified through internal monitoring at approximately 11:59am and has now resolved itself without intervention as of 12:07pm.

Final Update : 20/10/2022 10:30:00 AM – All checks performed on the platform by our various Resolver Teams have come back positive and we have been unable to identify any issues with the service. We are also unable to replicate the issue experienced during this period. No further instances of slowness have occurred or reported. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
