Issue Description : We have identified an issue when new user accounts are being created where the status of the account is being set incorrectly. This is then not allowing the new users to enter their temporary password, which would then prompt the user to set a new password and gain access to their account.
Current Update : 20/10/2022 11:00:00 AM– NHSmail Engineers have implemented a fix to resolve the issue and all mailboxes now reflect the correct UserAccountStatus (UAC) in the NHSmail Portal and ActiveDirectory. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.
