Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue impacting mail delivery to and from external domains.

Business Impact: Users may experience a short delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net as well as email sent from the nhs.net domain to external domains.

Final Update: 30/03/2022 03:36:00 PM – Following a period of monitoring with no further incidents reported, mails are being delivered as expected without issue, engineers have confirmed closure of this incident. Thank you for your patience.
