Description: We are aware of an intermittent issue where some Local Administrator(s) may find that Password Reset button is greyed out under Admin > User Management.
Business Impact: This may be encountered by some Local Administrator(s) in the organisation.
Final Update – 25/03/2022 12:35:00 PM : Following the Portal Hotfix Release which was implemented on the evening of 24/03/2022 at 19:00, the issue has now been resolved. You may need to clear your cache and cookies and then log out and log back in to the NHSmail Portal.
