Issue Description: Following the deployment of a scheduled RFC made yesterday evening at 06:00PM, we have identified an issue impacting a small subset of users on the NHSmail platform. The impact is that some external applications using single sign-on will receive a ‘certificate based error message’.
Final Update : 03/03/2022 01:440:00 PM –The NHsmail engineers have identified the issue that was causing some external applications using single sign-on to receive authentication/certificate errors. A configuration update has now been performed on the platform which has now resolved the issue. Thank you for your patience.
