Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue relating to emails not being delivered from to Microsoft external domains such as Live, Outlook and Hotmail.

Business Impact : In certain cases, emails sent from and to Microsoft domains are not being sent. delivery of these mails could be delayed until the issue is resolved. Mails being sent from to non-Microsoft external domains and from to are unaffected.

Final Update – 25/02/2022 10:48:00 AM : The issue experienced this morning with regards to mail sent from and to Microsoft domains has been fully resolved. We will continue to monitor throughout the day to ensure the service remains stable. Thank you for your patience.
