Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue relating to emails not being delivered from nhs.net/nhs.co.uk to Microsoft external domains such as Live, Outlook and Hotmail.
Business Impact : In certain cases, emails sent from nhs.net and nhs.co.uk to Microsoft domains are not being sent. delivery of these mails could be delayed until the issue is resolved. Mails being sent from nhs.net to non-Microsoft external domains and from nhs.net to nhs.net are unaffected.
Final Update – 25/02/2022 10:48:00 AM : The issue experienced this morning with regards to mail sent from nhs.net and nhs.co.uk to Microsoft domains has been fully resolved. We will continue to monitor throughout the day to ensure the service remains stable. Thank you for your patience.
