Issue Status: RESOLVED
Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue relating to emails being blocked when sent to Microsoft domains including Hotmail, Outlook and Live. This issue is a re-occurrence of incident INC26964954 reported on the 17/02/2022 at 10:45:00 AM.
Business Impact : Users may receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) and be unable to successfully send email to a Microsoft domain.
Final Update – 18/02/2022 04:58:00 PM : Following a period of close monitoring this afternoon and confirmation that mails continue to flow across the Slough datacentre without issue, we can confirm this issue is considered Resolved. The Relay team continue to see emails being successfully delivered to Microsoft domains. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to fix this issue.
