NHSmail Helpdesk Telephony Issue – RESOLVED

Please note, we are aware of an issue which prevented users who had called the NHSmail Helpdesk from connecting with an agent. This issue has now been resolved. This outage lasted approximately 30 minutes between 19:25 and 19:55 but has now been fully resolved.
