Issue Description: NHSmail engineers are aware of potential NHSmail Portal slowness and are investigating the issue currently. This alert came via internal service monitoring.
Scope of Impact: Users may experience a delay in data being retrieved when using functions such as User Search on the NHSmail Portal
Current Update – 30/11/2021 17:38:00 PM: After a period of successful monitoring and no further issues relating to the portal slowness being reported to the NHSmail Helpdesk, the issue has now been resolved.
