Description: We are aware of an issue regarding high volumes of email queuing on the NHSmail Relay. Emails are being delivered, however, their delivery may be delayed.
Business Impact: Users may experience a delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net, sending from nhs.net to external domains, or when sending via the SMTP high-sending solution.
Final Update: 26-11-2021 09:15:00 AM – Following a period of close monitoring overnight, service stability has remained with email traffic continuing to flow at normal rates. This incident is now resolved.
