Description: We are aware of an issue regarding high volumes of email queuing on the NHSmail Relay. Emails are being delivered, however, their delivery may be delayed.
Business Impact: Users may experience a delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net or from the SMTP high-sending solution to nhs.net mailboxes.
Final Update: 17-08-2021 05:15:00 PM : Following an extended period of monitoring. and the clearing of the backlog of mails from external domains to nhs.net, this issue has now been fully resolved. NHSmail engineers will continue to monitor the situation throughout this evening and overnight to ensure service stability. Any future issues should be reported to the NHSmail Service Desk in the usual manner. Thank you for your patience.
