NHSmail Portal – Intermittent Exception Error

Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue preventing end users from being able to access and utilise certain functions within the NHSmail portal.

Business Impact: Users and Local Administrators may receive an error message when trying to use the portal admin functions.

Current Update – (23/03/2021 17:00): Following a period of heightened monitoring today with zero incidents reported for this issue across the platform, this item has now been closed. The infrastructure fix deployed by Microsoft at 5.30pm (BST) on 22/03 has resolved the issue and service stability is back to normal. Thank you for your patience.
