Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: An issue has been identified regarding high volumes of queued emails on the IMSVA’s. Currently, this is believed to be impacting incoming email from both HSCN and internet sources destined for the NHS.net domain. Email sent to NHS.uk is not impacted. Further investigation by the NHSmail team is underway.

Current Update – (26/02/2021 09:42) Following monitoring overnight, no further email delivery delays have been observed. The incident has been resolved.
