Error while sending emails via SMTP

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby a small number of accounts are experiencing issues while sending emails via SMTP.

Current Update: (11/02/2021 14:15) – Accenture engineers have identified the cause of the issue and are performing the necessary remedial activities.
