Issue Status: CLOSED
Issue Description: NHSmail engineers have identified that a small number of Shared Mailboxes have been impacted by the recent Portal release. This is impacting user access to these mailboxes. A portal fix has been identified and is being tested. NHSmail engineers are working to restore access on the affected accounts. The incident is being progressed as a High Severity Service Incident with NHS Digital.
