Issue Status: CLOSED
Issue Description: NHSmail Support Teams are aware of Administrators experiencing issues whilst performing user search. Administrators are presented with the error message “Oops something has gone wrong. Please try again!”
Current Update – 07/09/2020 23:59: NHSmail engineers identified an issue with a failing health-check. The underlying failure condition was corrected. Administrator user search function restored to normal.
