Issue Description: Some users are unable to send mail from their nhs.net account to Microsoft related email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook.
Current Update – 14/08/2020 12:00: The NHSmail team have worked with Microsoft who have now resolved the issue regarding mail sent from nhs.net accounts not being successfully delivered to Microsoft email domains such as Hotmail, Live and Outlook. The cause of the issue was due to Microsoft blocking the NHSmail IP’s which have now been unblocked.
