Issue Status: CLOSED
Issue Description: A small number of reports have been received in relation to slower than normal performance of the NHSmail Outlook Web App.
Current Update – 20/04/2020 14:52: NHSmail engineers are continuing to investigate the issue and have performed a re-balance on a subset of servers. This has completed and has removed the impact. The Incident is now resolved.
