Issue Description: The NHSmail team are aware of slowness which is impacting NHS Portal, OWA and Outlook connections. Users may also encounter a delay when sending/receiving email.
Current Update – 03/03/2020 17:45: NHSmail platform is now operating as normal with no further reports of performance issues after a period of monitoring performed by the NHSmail engineers.
