Issue Description: Several users are reporting about NHSmail Portal to be inaccessible. Error message received for affected users is “An error occurred. Contact your administrator for more information”.

Current Update – 02/03/2020 01:30: NHSmail engineers have performed a full authentication reset to restore service.
