Issue Description: Several users under the HSCN network are reporting slowness in the OWA and Outlook application.
Current Update – 18/02/2020 11:56: An issue has been reported with connectivity inside HSCN which has caused intermittent connectivity to NHSmail over HSCN and spikes in traffic. Connection volumes have returned to expected levels and there is no residual user impact.
