Issue Description: The NHSmail team are currently investigating an issue with some users encountering delays/errors when performing administrative tasks on recently created accounts within the NHS Portal. Users may also unable to send email for the first time.
Current Update – 13/01/2020 15:30: After a period of monitoring, the issue identified whereby some users experiencing delays/errors when performing admin tasks on newly created accounts as well as sending email for the first time is now resolved. Users should now be able to perform admin tasks as well as send email without issue.
