Issue Description: Local Administrators may be presented with an error message whilst carrying out password resets in the NHSmail Portal. The password reset is being completed successfully and users will be able to log in following the reset. However, users may not receive the password reset confirmation email. Error seen is as follows:
Current Update – 19/08/2019 11:03: The issue has now been resolved and emails are being distributed as a result of LA password resets successfully. The cause of the issue is related to an NHSmail server certificate issue that has been resolved.
