Issue Description: Users from various trusts are reporting unavailability of OWA and Outlook client connectivity.
Current Update – 14/06/2019 18:40: NHSmail email services have been restored and this has been confirmed with end-users. Root cause analysis is underway.
Further Advice – Some users may be prompted to re-enter their passwords on their mobile devices which will in most cases be all that is required. However, if the password is not accepted please carry out a self-service password reset or unlock.
Root Cause – Higher than normal replication traffic within Active Directory was identified that consumed a significant amount of memory.
