Unable to Update the Mobile Number for Users who have chosen to ‘Hide mobile’ in their profile – PRB0214704

Issue description

We are aware of an issue with Local Administrators (LAs) not being able to access a user’s mobile number in the User Detail page of Portal. When a user selects ‘Hide Mobile’ in their Profile, the mobile should be hidden but accessible to LAs of their organisation for the administration of the NHSmail account.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0214704.

We request LAs raise a Service Request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) and state the email address of the user that requires an update to their mobile number.
