Issue description
We are aware of an issue applying Send on Behalf delegate permissions in Portal. When the delegate permission is granted in Portal, it is unsuccessful with no error thrown. We have determined this occurs if the delegate account was created after April 2022 due to a Microsoft policy change.

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0220702.
We request Local Administrators raise a service request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) to grant delegate “Send On behalf of” access to any user, who is created post April 2022. The Portal team can provide the above access to the required users manually.
