PRB0228433 – Unable to move User’s from one user policy to other user policy even though both user policies having same Add-on licences

Issue Description

Unable to move users from one user policy (having capacity full) to other user policy, including both policies having same add-on Apps for Enterprise licences.

Latest Updates and Guidance:

If the error occurs while moving the accounts to other policy, please raise a ticket with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net).

The helpdesk team will run the account checker on the affected account to identify and fix the issue. Once the account is fixed, it can be enabled through the Portal.
