Issue Description
An intermittent issue has been observed where the error “An Exception has occurred. Your organization does not allow collaboration with the domain.” appears when attempting to add guest accounts via the portal. This inconsistency impacts the ability to invite guest accounts from specific domains.
Latest Updates and Guidance:
Issue is encountered due to the domain not whitelisted in Azure AD/Entra.
If the error occurs while inviting the guest account, please raise a ticket with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net). The engineers will whitelist the external organisation domain. Once the domain is whitelisted, the guest accounts can be invited through the Portal
