O365 privacy report is not fetching the accurate data– PRB0228422

Issue Description

When we try downloading the O365 privacy report from NHS portal under the report tab, the report runs successfully however doesn’t fetch the correct data.

Latest Updates and Guidance:

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0228422.

We request admins to raise a Service Request with the Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net), referencing the problem record so that portal team will provide the correct data from backend.
