Over the last few months we advised you to regularly check your ‘Junk E-mail’ folder within your mailbox, including any shared mailboxes that you manage. This is where any spoof emails have been directed to allow you to take action.
From 9 July 2019 spoof emails will no longer be directed to your junk folder, they will be blocked from the NHSmail service meaning that you will no longer receive them.
Note: NHSmail cannot accept any responsibility for none receipt of spoofed email.
Further information is available on the NHSmail support site, or by contacting the Local Administrator within your organisation.
