The issue with logging into the Egress add-in on outlook desktop is still being worked on by engineers in collaboration with Egress support
Upon clicking the “Enable” button for a disabled account, a green growl notification stating, ‘Enable mailbox for UPN failed’ appears for the action however, a red growl MailTip error also appears stating “Exception has been occurred.” The account status changes to “Enabling” but then reverts to “Disabled”.
