We have planned maintenance for the Windows 365 service to improve performance and system reliability occurring soon. Maintenance will be conducted during non-business hours in each region’s local time zone to help minimize any impact on your organization.

Please be aware, there is a planned infrastructure upgrade (CHG1171849) scheduled on the 13th, 14th and 15th of December.

The Simmonds release was implemented on the evening of 21/11/2024 with new functionality.

The Pritchard release was implemented on the evening of 17/10/2024 with new functionality.

Please be aware, there is a planned infrastructure upgrade scheduled to start this coming weekend. The work being undertaken will begin at 08:00 on Sunday 6th of October and it is anticipated that it will be completed on the same day
